Working Out

We have signed up for Sojourn leaving 9/27 from Dover. We are avid exercisers and are interested if lap swimming is available & if rowing machine is on board. Looking forward to your report. – Bob

We do not have a rowing machine but do have the following strength equipment + KINESIS system with a daily comp class or with personal training at an additional charge.

Fitness Center

• 2 upright bikes
• 1 recumbent bike
• 6 treadmills
• 3 Synchro (Elliptical)
• 1 Wave
• Strength Equipment (Chest Press, Vertical Traction, Low Row, Seated Leg Curl, Seated Leg Extension, Arm Extension, Abdominal Crunch)
• 5-50lbs weights w/2 benches

Motion Studio

• Kinesis System
• Dumbbells 4-26KG

Regarding lap swimming, our pool isn’t long enough for lap swimming, and it may also get busy with other guests in it during the day.

Restaurant Reservations

Has Seabourn worked out the kinks in the restaurant reservations you described on Odyssey?  Four of us are going in late July, so please advise on this and any other issues.

We only take reservations for Restaurant 2; the other dining venues are open seating.  And it is still 48 hours in advance.
