    The Pocket Travel Guides provides clients with in-depth information about the cities where they're traveling, on demand, 24/7, anywhere in the world. The app is customized with each member's brand and call-to-action, backed with Signature's technology — and all at no cost to either travel consultants or their clients.
  • Client Reach — Designed to work with ClientBase, Client Reach sends out customized batch emails on behalf of the travel agent to their clients. Client Reach sends out pre- and post-hotel emails, celebratory wishes for birthdays and anniversaries, reminders to book shore excursions, Bon Voyage and Welcome Home emails, destination information emails, and more.
  • Cruise Track — Cruise tracking software designed to notify travel consultants of all changes for a particular cruise and allows them to pass these updates on to their clientele.
  • SigNet News — A personalized desktop news application for our members. SigNet News gives Signature travel consultants quick access to news posted by Signature as well as news from trade press and major publications. The application allows each user to set their own preferences as to the suppliers and news sources they will follow.

Each year, Signature creates and distributes more than 7 million pieces of direct mail and publications on behalf of members. All campaigns are highly customized, and can be personalized at the agent level. We access members' client database daily, in real-time, complete with full transactional, demographic, and psychographic information. This data enables Signature to orchestrate highly targeted online and direct mail marketing initiatives for members that drive results.

TTESignature has also entered the tablet world with the launch of its dedicated interactive online publication, The Travel Experience. This cross-platform consumer publication is available for clients on the computer, iPads and other tablets. This interactive publication complements Signature's printed magazines with new content, featuring integrated video, photo galleries, quick facts and much more.

Global Hotels  
Hotel GuideSignature's hotel program was launched in 2005, with 150 properties. The current collection includes over 800 of the world's best hotels, resorts, lodges and spas in 85 Countries and 450 unique destinations. It has been designed to bring benefits to Signature's clients, as all participating properties offer a minimum of breakfast for two daily and a special Signature privilege, such as a round of golf, spa treatments, airport transfers, free internet, resort credits, or other amenity. These exclusive privileges are in addition to late check-out, early check-in, upgrades, as well as competitive rates.

Participating properties are featured in a Hotel & Resort Program Directory, which is printed and distributed each year. Every hotel is featured with an image, a property description, and Signature Privileges. Copies of the directory are distributed to the members and their best clients.

Signature's world-class hotel program now features more than 15,000 pages of proprietary online content, available through members' websites. This content includes images of each hotel, and detailed room descriptions and photos for each category. In addition, travel consultants and consumers can access Google maps, destination information, hotel facilities, online links to key contacts on property, dining information, and much more.

Signature University is the network's online learning portal that is designed to support the professional development of its members. A diverse content library includes live and on demand webinars, how to guides and video tutorials that are searchable by key words providing one click training access to relevant topics. The curriculum covers technology, marketing, sales, customer services, product/destination knowledge and business skills. "Signature Educational Journeys" are exclusive preferred supplier familiarization trips offered only to members.

Additionally, SigNet, the network's Intranet, serves as the members' primary resource for information on supplier partners, exclusive amenities, promotions, destination content, marketing, news and more.
