The Ka’ana Organic Garden, located on the grounds of the resort, is a labour of love. Don Oscar, our local gardener guarantees that the culinary team uses only the freshest vegetables and herbs. Don Oscar knows when each ingredient is just ripe and ready to be picked - then he hand delivers it to Chef Kuylen and his culinary team. Chef Kuylen will personally take you on a tour of the garden, the grounds, and local farmer's market as well as assist you in procuring the fruits and vegetables and herbs he will use in preparing your meal for the evening. You will have a new appreciation for fresh ingredients.
