    PROS: Very Efficient service, excellent facilities, wonderful penthouse suite, Butler service awesome

    CONS: Lots of people on a fairly big ship for my experiences, but didn't seem crowded all the same

  3. A Wonderful 25 Day Trip

    August 2019 Amsterdam to Nice - 2 back to back cruises

    PROS: Friendly, accommodating staff, all without exception delightful people. Food and wine selections are beyond compare, most lectures exceptional, night time entertainment exceptional.

    CONS: Excursions uneven in quality from outstanding to unacceptable. Crystal still does not provide remote transmission devices for guides and clients and as a result, clients cannot hear excursion guide unless they are right next to guide. A few on board lecturers were not up to the usual quality.
