Overview

Introduction

Mohacs is a small town that is most famous for two battles fought during the Ottoman domination of Hungary. In February every year, the town holds the Busojaras carnival, which is a celebration of the end of Ottoman rule and the end of winter. Mohacs is an approximately 40 minute drive from Pecs, another lively Hungarian city.
