Growing up, I always wanted to be a flight attendant, because I loved the thought of traveling around the globe to exotic locations. Now, after 40 years as a travel consultant, I feel fortunate to be part of a profession that has taken me to some of the world’s most fascinating places. I've had the opportunity to snorkel with the stingrays in Grand Cayman, and I’ve savored mouthwatering jerk chicken sitting on a beautiful beach at Sandal's Dunn's River Jamaica Resort. My week long visit to Venice was filled with exploring tiny streets, mingling with the locals and marveling at century-old buildings. History abounds in Belgium from the Fields of Flanders to Centuries Old Trappist Monasteries. In Alaska, I fished, hiked, rafted and kayaked, surrounded by the spellbinding serenity of the great outdoors. I’ve visited Hawaii 17 times and just this year obtained my Maui Masters Certification.
