Our Liquid Kitchen offers tailor-made drinks prepared by our innovative mixologist team based on our guest's mood. The heart of the room offers a energetic and entertaining atmosphere with its open kitchen style bar stations. The bar experience includes a terrace on the side of the bar with specialty drinks made on the terrace. A selection of local beers showcasing the active micro-brewery industries of the region and a seasonal finger food menu.

Signature Restaurant - Rosélys

Due to COVID-19 the restaurant is closed until further notice. Meal boxes are prepared for our in-house guests. 
Enjoy the lively atmosphere our new restaurant, a favorite of the downtown crowd.

The restaurant is a two-level restaurant, including a bar section with windows overlooking Mary Queen of the World Cathedral and downtown Montréal. It offers a reinvented modern menu featuring fresh daily arrivals.
