The Michelin Three Star dining room, The Restaurant features Napa Valley Cuisine, which is based on the innate goodness of regional ingredients. The menu changes regularly to reflect the most delicious market and garden ingredients of the day. The chef’s philosophy of stewarding flavors can be likened to Napa Valley winemakers allowing the grapes to express themselves in finished wines. The resulting dishes are flavorful, fresh and healthy, offering intensity of flavor without heaviness. Ingredients for all menus in The Restaurant are either grown on property or sourced as close to the estate as possible. When an ingredient is not available regionally, the very best source is found and a long-term relationship established between the chef and the grower, farmer, rancher or fisherman. The Restaurant menu features a prix fixe menu with a la carte selections. Wine pairings are available for each course. Guests are also presented with a Chef’s Tasting Menu for consideration each evening. This seven-course menu may be ordered with the courses alone or with wines paired. The Restaurant is closed on Sunday's throughout the year.
