Cons: Cost of the shore excursions
A great cruise experience

Pros: The most well-appointed ship I've encountered ; variety of dining options including 4 specialty restaurants; quality evening entertainment .
Cons: Nothing to complain about
Barcelona to Rome
Pros: Beautiful ship, wonderful staff, and amazing cuisine.
Cons: August heat in Europe was brutal, but the ship was our oasis.

Pros: Food was great, good choices, Spa massages were wonderful but pricey
Cons: Spa morning stretch classes started too late to attend most days because of shore excursions, several activities overlapped in time so had to pick one, other activities weren't of interest.

Pros: Overall cuisine, Dining venue options, Entire culinary team, Enrichment programs (culinary center, artist loft & guest lecturers)
Cons: Spa was small

Cons: a little too late in season as most tourist attractions were closed already

First Oceania cruise
Pros: Accommodations very spacious and comfortable. Food was excellent and the choices were fantastic.
Cons: Evening entertainment on the main stage was mediocre.

Pros: Beautiful ship, excellent service and fantastic food.
Cons: Though our excursions were mostly very good we had one that was not properly managed and did not follow the program as advertised. No one was willing to really assist in some type of credit or adjustment, nor seemed to have authority to do so.

Pros: We really enjoyed the alternative restaurants and the fact the there was no additional charge
Cons: The Internet on board is painfully slow!

Pros: Excellent service from cabin attendants and all restaurant workers.
Cons: Reception and leadership could take a few lessons in good manners. Food preparation MUST be improve.
Pros: Loved the cooking classes!and the chef. The food was super except the main dining room needs help from the culinary chef in making lobster Pad Tigh. The efficiency was amazing.
Cons: My cabin needed a good rug shampoo! We found the art was not too appealing but more variety might help.

Pros: The itinerary for both trips; the food, the service and the size of the ship: we also did the pre cruise land package which was spectacular.
Cons: Weather prevented stop in two ports but as a result, we did not experience any real bad weather

Pros: Staff great, very clean ship, very organized, food generally good, roomy stateroom
Cons: Food: Salads not cold, too many spices in food, furniture in stateroom needs to be done over--lots of scratches and chips
Adriatic (Venice to Rome)
Pros: Ship quickly became a home-away-from-home with staff very attentive. Riveria was in excellent condition, stateroom was comfortable and homey, entertainers were able to connect with passengers, and ports were exciting with excellent land excursions.
Cons: Despite being known for their food, the main dining options were not up to reputation. The specialty restaurants were top notch, but other dining venues were not as good. Most important negative is the terrible internet connection on the ship - it was extremely slow and difficult to use. A real negative.

Pros: Staff extremely friendly and accommodating. Food in all restaurants is very good, but the 4 signature restaurants exceeded our already high expectations. Entertainment was wonderful, and we enjoyed the various spots (string quartet, Oceania Ensemble more than ever before.
Cons: Service was very slow in the Grand Dining Room. It was difficult to make plans for after dinner because they seemed to drag on forever. Often we ignored the dessert menu because we'd already been there 2 hours.
Great cruise but not outstanding
Pros: Food outstanding as usual; staff most willing in most cases; however, experienced a few not so
Cons: Luggage took five hours to get to stateroom. Not very helpful trying to get staff to help. Encountered difficulty getting on internet and a staff member at Reception desk was almost rude to us and we are fairly wifi savvy.

Pros: What can I say, our cruise was outstanding! All the staff were so welcoming and made our voyage over the top! The service and food were over the top! We loved it so much, we booked another cruise before leaving the ship!
Cons: The only con would be a slow wi-fi. We couldn't always contact family and friends .

Pros: Beautiful ship. So many places to relax. The ship never feels crowded.
Cons: The shore excursions are extremely overpriced and disappointing.

Cons: Internet is not to the standards I would expect.

Pros: Wonderful cuisine, great room/ location on ship, very nice pool area, lots of entertainment options. Musical groups on 15th deck lounge/pool area were great for dancing.
Cons: Organized entertainment in theater was so-so. Some tours were good, some not.

Pros: Culinary excursions with Chef Kelly were amazing experiences! Our Penthouse suite butler was so attentive that the cruise wouldn't have been the same without him.
Cons: Argostoli, Cephalonia is a lousy port. They need to find a better stop than that.
