Pros: Excellent itinerary, attentive staff, excellent food and excursions, loved the Crystal buses and guides.

Basel Switzerland through several towns in France and Germany ending in Amsterdam, Netherland.
Pros: Food and service second to none; excursion buses and post-cruise service outstanding (see comments below)
Cons: Stateroom bathroom undersized and not well laid out; one front desk staffer incompetent with an attitude to match
