Pros: Excellent service, no smoking policy great, no lines or crowds anywhere!
Cons: very few fitness classes offered, spa people too pushy selling products, no "sail away" party, did not like my stateroom with the fixed window and VERY limited view.
Pros: The smaller ship was a pleasant surprise.
An amazing cruise!
Pros: A beautiful ship, gorgeous staterooms. The food is simply amazing, and the ship staff are all friendly and bend over backwards to be helpful
Cons: Entertainment was spotty....comedy and singing performances were better than the dance shows. The fitness center is small.

Pros: All-inclusive, superb friendly service, interesting ports of call
Cons: The shore excursions were not inexpensive and with this clientele, they had their challenges keeping the group together. They should use a headset unit for sightseeing.

Cons: can have rough seas heading to SFO. Dinner seatings at 6:00PM and 8:30PM. Once you experience anytime dining, it's hard to go back to set times.

Cons: It would be so nice to have some consistent live music in the Palm Court for cocktail hours between 5:30 pm and 7:30 pm. On my recent cruise the entertainers were rarely there, and when there, they were not performing very much.

Cons: Smaller port tours were disappointing. Pay attention to prices of tours. Some are unexpectedly pricy. For example 3 hour architectural tour of Shanghai was $500 for two.

The Crystal Symphony
Pros: This size ship offers generous room for guests but you feel catered to. It affords 5-6 venues of entertainment each and every night, which is really enjoyable.
Cons: We didn't enjoy the port of Sanya, China as there was too little to see & not quite ready for 'primetime'

Pros: If you want it, they will get it or do it. And with a happy face. Something you just don't see anymore. So many people right at your service. Food and drink.....the absolute best. Ports-excellent. Just can't say enough about this cruise line. We spoke to many past Crystal Cruise members and they all said once they cruised Crystal, they never cruise anything else. We understand why.
Cons: Let's see.....truly hard to think of something. Maybe movies in the theater all day, not just twice a day. Really....all I can think of!

Pros: Hand santizers at the entrance of EVERY eating place & someone there to remind you to use it! Public bathrooms had real towels to wipe your hands & tissues to use on the doorhandles. Safety shower mats in the bathroom tubs in the cabins, also good handholds & rails to hang on to when getting in & out or when the ship is rocking & rolling!

Cons: Formal evening should be phased out. It involves packing for a one night outfit, which meant dragging suit and evening gown for two weeks prior to the cruise as were traveling throughout Eastern Europe

Pros: A relaxing way to transfer from the west coast to New Zealand. This certainly was the case with several couples we met who actually live half the year in New Zealand.
Cons: If someone wanted to see more ports this would not be the best choice.
