Excellent Trip
September 2019
Normandy/D day beaches
Pros: The ship was beautiful and the staff exceptional
Cons: No one can control the weather, it was cold, wet and windy. But the staff still made the trip comfortable and unforgettable!!
Seine River Cruise
September 2019
France
Pros: accomodations were wonderful, food and wine very good, lots of excursions to choose from. Enjoyed the flexibility of the schedule so you didn't feel rushed or no time to relax on your vacation like on a large cruise ship.
Cons: maybe would have enjoyed a pool for the days we were sailing or a larger, warmer hot tub but really no cons about our choice on this ship.

Danube River Cruise
May 2014
Prague and Danube River
Pros: Food, ship, tours, staff, itinerary
Cons: None
The Legendary Danube
October 2014
Nuremberg to Budapest
Pros: You get to visit a number of cities in 3 countries and unpack/pack once. The cabins are small, but comfortable. You get to know your fellow passengers, as the ships are small.
Cons: Breakfast plates were ice cold, making the warm food cold. If you ordered a selection from the kitchen, the plate was warm, so the food was too. Because traffic is increasing on river cruises, you may find your ship double or triple parked at the dock. You will have to go thru another ship to get to shore, or they will have to come thru your ship. This created a little confusion one morning. It also means that your stateroom view may also be blocked while in port.
